Afterparty: An Erectile Dysfunction Story

I’m a bit of an older man, recently divorced in fact, and I was at my first party (or any kind of social gathering that wasn’t a dank bar, in fact) since my wife left. The party itself wasn’t anything to write home about; loud mix-CD style music, the kind that’s uniformly inoffensive but not very interesting, and cheap beer. On the ride back, however, I was slightly drunk and feeling sociable when I ran into a pretty girl sitting and reading to her. She was younger by a few years, but not so much that it was creepy when I asked if she had gotten her new year’s kiss for 2009.

The very nature of ED…or of anything that has to do with a man’s nether regions…is swarming with all sorts of taboos, embarrassments, and potential humiliations. Just admitting that something may be wrong with your sexual performance is, for some, tantamount to denying your own manhood. Worse, of course, are the many possible incidents that will finally break a man, and lead him to admit to himself that he’s suffering from erectile dysfunction. Usually if a man has a diminished sex drive, he sees it as a blessing…being able to concentrate on your family, career and personal ambitions without that pesky distraction popping up at the worst possible times may even seem nice. If not that, it’s a normal product of aging…as men get older, their body just wants sex less than before (which can still seem like too often). For a man to realize that he actually suffers from ED, it usually takes a botched sexual encounter…where he wants to perform, needs to, but his body just won’t respond. This first manifestation of erectile dysfunction has the potential, if your partner doesn’t understand, to be one of the most humiliating experiences a man can have. ED is no fun.

Walking Help to our Health

Backward walking, like forward walking, is an activity in which one always maintains contact with the ground unlike running, which has an airborne phase. Consequently, the force to the body at impact is minimal in walking compared to jogging or running. This alone can be a benefit if one is suffering from an impact-type injury which could manifest as a sore knee, stress fracture, or similar problem.
